Big hype, little substance

The hotel's location is a definite highlight, just steps from upscale shopping and picturesque streets. My executive suite was spacious and beautifully renovated, yet service left much to be desired. Inconsistent staff interactions and limited amenities detracted from the luxury experience. For the price, I expected a refined experience that simply wasn't delivered.

Spacious executive suite felt like a mini apartment with a hallway and large walk-in closet, accommodating for our family with a toddler. Breakfast offered good choices, but some items lacked consistency, like the muesli selection. The location was slightly sterile due to high-end stores, and staff presentation, like the unkempt uniforms, didn't match the hotel’s caliber. Despite small drawbacks, the staff were friendly and attentive. The proximity to the metro was convenient.

We enjoyed the spacious executive suite, perfect for our family. The hotel is in a fabulous location, just a stone's throw from the Pl. de la Concorde, and we loved trying out nearby restaurants. The staff made us feel at home throughout our stay.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities on-site.

the service was a bit lacking as room service wasn't available. but the location was great, close to the seine river. my executive suite was spacious and clean. The decor was really nice. enjoyed the gym with excellent cardio equipment.

great gym

the location of relais & is fantastic, with a clean and beautiful neighborhood. just a quick walk takes you to the sein river or upscale shopping. my executive suite was spacious, nicely renovated, and very clean. The gym had great equipment like treadmills and free weights.
